I would have bet good money that, having bought this game and Fallout 3 at the same time, I'd play Fallout 3 exclusively until I finished it, but King's Bounty was simply an excellent game - simple and intuitive controls and battle system, a beautifully rendered world, a length of gameplay that was just right, a sweet quest system... It hit all the high points, and didn't fail anywhere*.
Not sure how it'll be for replayability, but hopefully by choosing another class of character and a different difficulty level, it'll be fresh and new again.
* Actually, that's not 100% true. I did find one annoying bug in the game, where you can get off your ship onto land in such a way that your ship is too far away to get back aboard. This isn't a problem if you disembark somewhere on the mainland, where you can go buy another boat, but if it's on some tiny island somewhere, you're hosed, and you'd just better hope you've saved recently. (Which I hadn't, a number of times.)
