Done! I successfully wrote a birthday email to my eldest daughter each year - four in total, so far. The first three were sent on her actual birthday, and the last one was nearly four months late, due to her new sister Eleanor arriving a day before Sophie's birthday! Even though it was late, I just got it in under the wire for my 101 Things List deadline.
The emails are ramblings of the most nonsensical kind, and I hope Sophie gets a laugh out of reading them when she's older.
I fully plan to continue writing these birthday emails. Now the question is, can I get my act together to write a birthday email to Ellie each year too?
