Sunday, October 25, 2009: A house with an attached basement suite on Prince Edward St., House of Death, for $650K.
Sunday, July 11, 2010: A three-bedroom, three-level townhouse on Maple between 7th and 8th (2 minutes from work) for something like $650K. It had sold the night before, but we still had a look around.
Looks like we're sticking with our current place for a while longer!

1. Ah, that was a nice place!
2. The rickety stairs, the enormous foot painted on the front of the house, the tiny kitchen with no counter space, and, of course, the welcoming "House of Death" sign in the rented basement. What a find!
3. I guess the cat smell and fur everywhere didn't deter the buyer. Great location. Lots of stairs!
4. Current place is looking pretty sweet!
